Klartion is a self-hosted application. Your bank transactions, Notion data, and credentials never leave your machine — they are never sent to or stored on our servers. This policy explains the limited data we do handle.

Who we are

What data we collect

We collect only the minimum necessary to operate the licence system:

We do not collect, store, or have access to your bank account data, transaction history, Notion content, Enable Banking credentials, SMTP passwords, or any financial information. All of this stays on your machine.
