Open Klartion in your browser. The wizard walks you through connecting Notion, uploading your key, and setting up notifications.

Search for your bank, approve read-only access, and choose a sync schedule. Transactions flow into Notion daily.

Common questions

Which banks are supported?
For EU banks: any of the 2,500+ supported by Enable Banking across 29 countries — Revolut, N26, Monzo, Wise, Millennium BCP, Santander, ING, BNP Paribas, and more. For US and Canadian banks: most major institutions are supported via SimpleFIN Bridge ($15/year separate from Klartion) — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, RBC, TD, BMO, Scotiabank, and others. Verify your specific bank is on SimpleFIN's supported list before paying their $15/year fee. A handful of US institutions misbehave on SimpleFIN's side (Apple Card, Capital One pending, Mercury) — see our help page for details. You can mix providers freely on the same install. Plus portfolio tracking for eToro and Binance. Personal accounts only.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding needed. You need Docker installed, but after that the entire setup is done through a browser-based wizard — no terminal commands beyond docker compose up -d.
Is my bank data safe?
Yes. Klartion uses read-only access via Enable Banking (EU) or SimpleFIN Bridge (US/Canada). Neither provider has authority to move money or modify your account. Your data goes directly from your provider to your machine and never passes through our servers.
What do I need to run Klartion?
A machine that can run Docker (Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi, NAS, or a small VPS), a Notion account with a database to sync into, and one bank-data provider depending on where your bank is: a free Enable Banking account for EU banks, or a SimpleFIN Bridge account ($15/year, paid to SimpleFIN) for US/Canadian banks. You can use both on the same install.
Can I use it on more than one machine?
Each licence key can be activated on up to 2 machines. If you move to a new machine, deactivate your current installation from within the app and reactivate on the new one.
Is there a hosted version?
Not yet, but it's coming. Join the waitlist in the pricing section to be notified when it launches. No Docker, no server — just connect your bank and Notion.
